Over the years, we have been subjected to conflicting studies about the effects coffee has on our health. Some studies say that coffee, being a stimulant, is bad for cardiovascular health. Whatever the truth really is, most coffee drinkers do not really care either way. All they would care about is getting their daily caffeine fix, and that would be the end of it.

Antioxidants, as you very well know, help our bodies fight toxins and free radicals that could make us sick. Coffee is also a great stress reliever. Perhaps the stress-relieving effects of coffee have something to do with its aroma. Every time someone makes coffee at work, we cannot help but feel somehow better as the aroma wafts its way across the office. However, it is the taste that clinches it for many of us. No matter what they say about the health benefits or hazards of coffee, all of them take a backseat to the fact that it tastes really great. Many people would agree that coffee is the best tasting beverage of them all, bar none.
